Space available

We currently have space available for new dealers within the main Tyabb Packing House Antiques building!

There are currently two spaces for rent at Tyabb Packing House, these are shop / retail spaces – you need to be present to maintain the space you rent on the days we are open. 

There are currently different spaces available that would suit a variety of businesses, dealers and experts.

Space at the front of the main chamber

This is a large long space. It includes 3 large windows with a lot of natural light. It covers the full width of the main chamber of Tyabb Packing House Antiques. It is located next to Antique Bed Specialists, White Out Of The Box and Unique & Antique.

"Room 16" space

This is a small enclosed space with an enclosed opening and an opaque window allowing in natural light from Peacock Road. It is a separate space located on the way to Deco Heaven and the cafe.

Why are there now spaces to rent?

Following some dealers retiring, while others have consolidated their spaces into smaller areas we have a confluence of events which means we now have several differently-sized spaced on offer.

What is the space on offer?

The spaces on offer are differently-sized spaces located within the main Tyabb Packing House building. They are a shop/retail space. You need to be present to maintain the space you are renting, this space cannot be managed for you. 

However, you may be able to share the managing / staffing of your space with a nearby dealer.

What is included in the rent?

Power (see our blog on limitations), heating, public liability and overhead lighting. 

Payment facilities are also provided at the front counter if you do not wish to handle cash / electronic payments. 

What facilities are provided?

Payment facilities for cash, EFTPOS and credit card are available at the front counter to enable dealers to take payments.

Do you have cabinets or very small spaces to rent?

No. All spaces within the Tyabb Packing House are "shop/retail spaces", with each dealer running their own business within.
